DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

As soon as you place an order, our system commences the dispatch and delivery process. For some products, you can select which delivery option you want to choose, while other products are limited to a single delivery method.

If you have any questions about delivery and the most appropriate service for your order and location, then please contact us – either asking your question or to request a call back to discuss over the phone.

UK Standard Delivery

For orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch the same or next working day. For orders placed after hours or at the weekend, we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days. 

We offer Free delivery on all orders

Deliveries to UK Offshore locations (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands) may require additional delivery costs, depending on location and parcel size. If you are interested in a delivery to one of these areas then please contact us via our contact page on the website – either asking your question or to request a call back to discuss it over the phone, (please leave your best contact number). We will be in contact within 24 hours.

We use either Royal Mail’s 48 hour tracked service or an established courier service – including companies such as DPD & Evri.  Deliveries are Monday- Saturday excluding public holidays.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from Island Home Interiors.  Each delivery is checked before dispatch but sometimes things happen during the delivery process, and sometimes things look different in your home to how you expected them. 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If any products arrive and they are faulty or damaged, then we will replace them or offer a full refund if you tell us about the problem and arrange for the return of the product to us within 30 days of you receiving the product. 

Before sending any products back to us, please contact us and request a call back so we can discuss the problem as soon as possible.  We will also agree how to resolve the situation to best suit you – either by us dispatching a replacement product, or by arranging a full refund.

Any faulty or damaged items returned must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered, be unused and be returned with all of the original packaging.

If you opt for a replacement product, then this will be dispatched within 2 working days of us receiving the returned goods and verifying that all returns conditions have been met. If we are out of stock, we will contact you and let you know when the new stock is due to arrive, and keep you posted as to when it will be available for us to arrange your replacement. If instead you opt for a full refund then this will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods and verifying that all returns conditions have been met.  

Any refund for a faulty or damaged product that was ordered on its own (not part of a larger order) will include any delivery charges that you paid in your original order.  Any refund for a faulty or damaged product that was ordered as part of a larger order will include a refund covering a proportion of the original delivery charges.

Returning your product if you change your mind.

If you change your mind, then we want to make sure you are happy with our service. If any products arrive and you decide you do not want to keep them, then we offer a full refund on the original purchase price of the product if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your order and then arrange for the return of the product to us within a further 14 days.

Before sending any products back to us, please contact us and request a call back so we can discuss it with you as soon as possible.  We will also agree how to resolve the situation and the best methods for you to return the product(s).

Any unwanted items returned must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. A full refund of the original purchase price of the unwanted product will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods and verifying that all returns conditions have been met.  

Any refunds do not cover postage or the original delivery charges.
