All orders qualify for Free Standard Delivery. Depending on the products in the order, and the delivery location, then we may upgrade the free delivery method at no extra charge to yourselves. Should your order include a large, heavy or fragile item, then we may also upgrade the delivery method at no extra charge to yourselves.

Larger items being shipped to Northern Ireland may incur a delivery charge. Smaller items such as soft furnishings qualify for free delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If any products arrive and they are faulty or damaged, then we will replace them or offer a full refund if you tell us about the problem and arrange for the return of the product to us within 30 days of you receiving the product. 

Before sending any products back to us, please contact us and request a call back so we can discuss the problem as soon as possible.  We will also agree how to resolve the situation to best suit you – either by us dispatching a replacement product, or by arranging a full refund.

Any faulty or damaged items returned must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered, be unused and be returned with all of the original packaging.

If you opt for a replacement product, then this will be dispatched within 2 working days of us receiving the returned goods and verifying that all returns conditions have been met.  If instead you opt for a full refund then this will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods and verifying that all returns conditions have been met.  

Any refund for a faulty or damaged product that was ordered on its own (not part of a larger order) will include any delivery charges that you paid in your original order.  Any refund for a faulty or damaged product that was ordered as part of a larger order will include a refund covering a proportion of the original delivery charges.

Returning your product if you change your mind.

If you change your mind, then we want to make sure you are happy with our service. If any products arrive and you decide you do not want to keep them, then we offer a full refund on the original purchase price of the product if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your order and then arrange for the return of the product to us within a further 14 days.

Before sending any products back to us, please contact us and request a call back so we can discuss it with you as soon as possible.  We will also agree how to resolve the situation and the best methods for you to return the product(s).

Any unwanted items returned must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. A full refund of the original purchase price of the unwanted product will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods and verifying that all returns conditions have been met.  

Any refunds do not cover postage or the original delivery charges.

In a word - Yes! At checkout you can enter multiple codes on the same order – just enter a code and press apply, then repeat for the next code you have.
