Don't you just love May? Everything is blooming, the sun shines, and the nights are much lighter. Dog walks after dinner are a joy rather than a hassle, and there's nothing like a bit of pruning at 7 p.m. while something sizzles on the barbecue. 

Happy May, everyone. I hope you are enjoying it as much as we are. I have a bit of a confession to make. There is another reason I love May—it's my birthday! I get to enjoy the lovely weather, see loads of friends, and celebrate my birthday at the same time. What's not to love? I ask you.
